As a Psychologist, I know that not everyone finds therapy accessible, and easy as the first step. Our efforts will always be towards helping and making therapeutic methods accessible and easy to use, and easing people into therapy. In leu of this, we will curate various kits, self help worksheets, and other useful informative reads. Feel free to explore these complementary resources at your convenience wherever you are.

Kindly note: the toolkits are not a substitute for therapy in any way or form, they are merely extra help. Please contact a therapist in your area for issues beyond self help.

Productivity Toolkit

This productivity toolkit was created based on things that work for me personally. They contain various templates that can be used together or separately. Don't feel restricted to follow the toolkit to the T; productivity is linked to motivation and interest, I strongly suggest to make this toolkit your own. Hopefully it helps you the way it has helped me.
